One such act that I’ve been enjoying is <em>The Advisory Circle</em>. </p> <p>It’s hard to describe what their sound entails. It’s a kind of retro nostalgic look at old British government programs and notices and the types of music you might find therein. It’s as though these old over-the-air shows are traveling through time being picked up by some modern midi controller hooked up to a MacBook.</p> <p>The above track, <em>Eyes Which Are Swelling</em>, is one of the more musical ones on the album, lacking in clear spoken, or background, samples or weird, re-edited conversations.
